Decision Day for Kevin Knox, ESPN #9 in 2017 — Plans to Announce on Twitter

Kevin Knox (Tampa, FL) is one of the premier combo-forwards in high school basketball.

Looks like Kevin Knox will finally commit somewhere today on Twitter. In a process that has taken a lifetime, Knox announced his final five schools on Twitter, as well as expressing his plans to choose one later today.

The blue-blood programs that have been recruiting the 6’9″ forward out of Tampa are still on his list: North Carolina, Duke, and Kentucky.

The home team, Florida State, remains in the running to land the freak athlete, and so is the late surprise, Missouri, who has been letting their star recruit, Michael Porter, Jr. do the bulk of the recruiting.

Many of the fan bases know how important a recruit like Knox would be to their program, even if he’s only there for one year.

His announcement should happen later this evening so stay tuned to his Twitter page.

Prediction: Knox chooses Duke because of the lanky, athletic stretch 3’s and 4’s like Jabari Parker, Justise Winslow, Brandon Ingram, and Jayson Tatum that have all thrived as Blue Devils in recent years.
